1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content provided in this course—including but not limited to videos, audio files, PDFs, text, visual mind maps, and quizzes—is the exclusive property of Arabic N Beyond and is protected by international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use.

2. The "Family Sharing" Rule

We believe in learning together. Therefore, we grant an exception to our single-user license: You are permitted to share your course access and materials with immediate family members residing in your same household (e.g., your spouse or children).

3. Strict Prohibitions (Anti-Piracy)

While we encourage family learning, to protect the integrity of our business and the hard work of our instructors, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing with Non-Family: You may not share your login credentials, videos, or course materials with friends, colleagues, extended relatives living elsewhere, or the general public.
• Reselling & Distribution: You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or illegally distribute any part of this course.
• Public Broadcasting: You may not screen-record, download, upload to YouTube/social media, or broadcast the course content in public settings, schools, or institutions without purchasing a specific institutional license.
• Plagiarism: You may not repurpose our curriculum, mind maps, or teaching methods to create your own competing commercial course.

4. Account Termination

We actively monitor account logins for suspicious activity (such as simultaneous logins from different countries). If we determine that a user has violated these Terms of Use by illegally sharing or attempting to resell our copyrighted material, Arabic N Beyond reserves the right to immediately terminate the user's account and revoke lifetime access without any refund.
